Once we receive the incorrect item, we will then arrange a replacement or refund for you. If a faulty or incorrect item has been supplied, then Island Made will incur the cost of postage. We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Island Made is not responsible for returns that are not received.

If you receive an item you did not order please email us at info@islandmade.shop so we can resolve this for you.

Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer:
  • If you change your mind.
  • The product does not meet the customer's expectations.
  • The selected size does not fit the customer's measurements.
Return delivery costs will be the responsibility of Island Made.
  • If the item is faulty (this does not include defects in measurements, perceived colour variations due to inconsistencies of computer screens vs. real garment colours or differences in patterns of pattern designs).
  • That the product received was the wrong item.
  • The size sent is not the same size you purchased (requested size S and received size L )
If the package does not arrive safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. We therefore recommend sending via traceable posting method.
Once the items are received they will be checked to make sure they meet the returns conditions, once cleared you will receive a refund for the purchase price directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.

We will endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received, but please allow up to 5 business days to be processed.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on any items. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend purchasing a new item and following our returns process for a refund.

All orders are final once they have been processed through the checkout. Unfortunately, no further changes can be made to your order once processed, including removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders, or canceling an order. Within Australia, we can ship to a PO Box, but unfortunately, we cannot ship to hotels. If you're outside of Australia, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or hotels.
